Upay is a Bangladeshi mobile financial service from UCB Fintech, used for payments, QR transactions and transfers in taka. A few bookmakers in our ranking list it.

Mobile financial services are regulated by Bangladesh Bank, which in November 2025 told all MFS providers to monitor and act on gambling-related transactions. The Gambling Prevention Act 2026 replaced the Public Gambling Act 1867 and makes online gambling and online betting criminal offences in Bangladesh. A foreign licence held by a bookmaker, such as Curaçao, does not make betting legal here.
